Question by messapic_kid: Is copyright infringement if I post on my facebook wall a youtube link to a video with movie clips and songs?
Time ago, I used to just upload videos on my facebook, until I received a copyright infringement warning … Since then, I have always simply posted links to youtube videos on my wall and I have had no problem since then; So… is this a safe way to avoid the risk of a copyright infringement warning with all of the unpleasant possible consequences?

no there is no “copyright infringement” with posting youtube links see even if there is u won’t be blamed for it cuz the uploader of the video and his video will be probably removed from youtube

    No

You can only get wrong if you upload your own video using someone elses video/song. You can also get wrong for uploading your own video of you singing a song by someone else…

Not from facebook, but you can if you uploaded the video to youtube.
