Pertaining to US Patent 6957233 www.google.com (Claims start on Page 17) From the perspective of Microsoft, I show how the Barnes & Noble Nook Tablet infringes on the above patent. In order for the Nook Tablet to infringe on the patent, there must be at least one INDEPENDENT patent claim that reads on (describes) a function of the Nook Tablet. This means that every element under that claim must describe a function of the Nook Tablet in the order given by the claim.
