OMSJ Puts Indiana HIV Case in Doubt

Posted by Admin under Reports

In the second report in two weeks, WISH TV reports that the case against another criminal HIV defendant is in doubt. Fifteen months have passed since local police arrested Tony Perkins for having knowingly infected about a 100 women with AIDS. But after OMSJ’s review of the prosecutor’s evidence, OMSJ has found no evidence that Perkins was ever competently diagnosed by a physician. And when OMSJ cross-examined the prosecution’s expert witness last month, the senior official from the Indiana Dept. of Health was forced to admit that she is not was expert in HIV or HIV testing. Johnson County Prosecutor Bradley Cooper insists that he will be ready for trial next month. www.omsj.org http www.wishtv.com
