Video Expert Can Testify In BART Shooting Case
The judge in the murder trial for former BART police officer Johannes Mehserle has ruled that the defense will be allowed to place a video expert on the witness stand. After watching the videotape, often frame by frame, and listening to the analysis, Judge Robert Perry ruled that he would allow testimony from forensic image analyst Michael Schott.
