Expert Witness Credibility Can Determine Case Credibility

Posted by Admin under Fundamentals

Credibility begins with professional experience or specific occupational background that qualifies you to offer an ‘expert opinion’ in a legal matter. Experts can be as technical as a computer specialist or a nuclear engineer, or simply someone with experience in equipment usage or design. Valuable additional skills are those found in sales, teaching, or presentation. Credibility extends beyond experience and background to encompass these additional areas.
